🏛️Governance (Codex DAO)

Codex AI will transition into a community-governed platform via Codex DAO. Token holders will be able to propose and vote on major platform decisions including:

• Model upgrade paths (e.g., migration to open-source LLMs)

• Prioritization of new language/tool support

• Monetization and API rate structures

• Allocation of community rewards and grants

DAO proposals will be managed via Snapshot and executed through multisig governance.
